can't remember where i bought this from but it was around 2011. this is a white sweet plus sized blouse made by one of the american/western indie companies back in the day. i was keeping it for posterity but i don't resonate with it anymore.

measurements are 17-23 inches bust 17-26 inches waist.

it is pretty elastic so the stretch could probably extend to a bit further as the waist is nothing but stretch.
