I have no idea what this is classed as but it's a nice piece of outerwear that was bought from a vintage store. The brand is Supalene. It's got a beautiful texture and a nice ruffle hem. However there is a tear in the ruffle of the left sleeve, it is not noticeable from a distance. Please check the last photo for it.
