Vintage One Layer Petticoat/Crinoline
Cute one layer crinoline/petticoat that I’ve used for old school coords. This crinoline is vintage and is in good condition, but the elastic around the waist is a bit stretched (this is reflected in the price). The crinoline has a really cute scalloped edge and one layer of pleated tulle. I’m leaving the fashion so I wanted to pass it along to someone who might be able to use it. Thank you for looking :)
