My amateur measurements (all are approximate):
Bust 17 inches flat
Hip 18.5 inches flat
Sleeve length 20.5 inches
Lightweight crepe-like material, with generous neckties and fabric-covered buttons.
I believe it is 1980's. Tag says it is machine washable.
Button holes have some wear and tear, but in overall good condition.
I just noticed while making this post that there is no bottom button, but there is a button hole. It doesn't look like there was ever a button attached down there. I never noticed because I wear it with skirts and JSKs. Maybe it's purposeful??
