Purchased brand new on Ebay. The tag says the brand is Villa. 
It's a really cute frilly blouse that's perfect for OTT frilly base pieces. I'm ONLY selling it because the shoulders and bust do not work for me. I had considered getting them altered, but finding the perfect shade of off white fabric is going to be too much of a hassle for me. 

Damage: There is some minimal damage I'd like to note: As shown in the photos one of the buttons is missing. This is was my fault!. Since I never took the tags off the blouse, I have the replacement buttons still attached as well. So someone with basic sewing knowledge could replace the button easily!. The other bits of damage I'd like to note are:

-It's wrinkled from storage. I will take care to package it nicely during travel, but this item will need some care. 
-When I took it out for photos to noticed some spots under the sleeve right near the frills at the end. I'm pretty positive they can be easily removed, but I wanted the buyer to be aware. Ask if you'd like more photos.

Size XXL: It fits more like a L-XL in American standards. There is no shirring so I wouldn't go above these measurements.
