This is an absolutely gorgeous velour dress by Victorian Maiden from 2012. I bought it secondhand from someone who never wore it, and I only tried it on. The fabric is lovely, but it ended up too heavy for me. It’s so nice and deserves to go to someone who would actually wear it. I would not recommend exceeding the Lolibrary measurements at all. Being ~5cm smaller in the waist is recommended. My bust is 84cm and still had some room, so I think being closer to 88cm would be safe.

It does have a couple creases in the material-one on each arm-probably from the previous owner storing it for nine years. Otherwise, the velour is in amazing condition. I don’t think the creases would be noticeable when worn. I will get as many little fuzzies off of it as possible before shipping.
