Chopped off sleeves included. Marked as major damage due to modified. Please note that the dress was chopped up due to the dress being way too big in the bust and waist but way too small in the arms and I could not see any way for this JSK to fit someone with western proportions. They are included though and is able to be reconstructed by the buyer if needs be. I was going to alter it smaller to fit me but in the end I feel it better for it to go to someone who fits it as is. There is no shirring or any elastics anywhere on this dress. Waist can be made smaller with waistties.
