A very cute sailor OP from Victorian Maiden. Black and white colorway, with a striped removeable waist tie. Purchased second hand, but still in good condition. The seam of the two stripes on the skirt has frayed, as pictured. Metal hook closures are also a little bent, but it's not much of an issue.

Asian size Small, would best fit US size XS-S. No shirring, sleeve holes on the smaller side.
