After winning an auction, the buyer must respond to my message within 48 hours. After receiving the invoice on Paypal, the buyer must pay within 48 hours, unless an agreement specifying otherwise has been made. If one of these are not upheld by the buyer, I will relist the item. Payment via Paypal only (unless you’re in Norway, then I may accept Vipps). I am happy to accept payments of no longer than 4 weeks for items over $150. I'm not willing to accept a payment plan for anything under $150, sorry :( I'm not responsible for packages that are lost or get damaged in transit. We have two cats that are kept locked out of the room with lolita stuff; items will be cleaned and lint-rolled before sending them off, but with any type of pet hair, it's almost impossible to have everything be 100% free of cat hair. Due to Covid, international shipping times are much longer than they used to be - please give your international packages atleast 5 weeks to arrive. I am homebound living in rural Norway, and rely on my husband to drive me to the post office. Sometimes it might take a few extra days to drop off your package than originally planned - if my health is poor, if he has to work overtime, if the post office is out of shipping supplies, etc. And finally, I have the right to refuse sales at my discretion.
