This is a chiffon dress with a free waist that cinches with an included waist tie. I am not the first owner of this dress.

The wrists have shirring, whereas the upper arm area is on the small side. Even though it is quite forgiving in the shoulders, bust and waist, I would not recommend this dress for anyone who doesn't have small biceps. Within the seams of the fabric of the bicep area there is a small amount of damage from the seams being strained. I have pictured this on both sleeves with my hand showing the small gaps in the seams that this straining has produced. There are no loose threads in that area, so nothing has been torn outright, but again, I would not recommend anyone wear this that will strain the fabric in that area. There is also a faint stain on the back of the dress that is also pictured.
