Lovely and elegant short sleeved blouse from Victorian Maiden! This was a very recent purchase, but I'm reselling because it is unfortunately too small for me. The only issue that was noted by the previous owner is that the elastic on the sleeves is somewhat stretched out. There is no shirring.
