Gorgeous skirt by Victorian Maiden, recently purchased from another lace market user NWOT by me. Selling because it is sadly too small for me. It is in flawless condition and absolutely stunning in person. Each card on the skirt displays a different rococo lady with a unique description. I would recommend it for a 25” waist and smaller, as it is has no shirring panel.
