I bought this JSK second hand but have never worn it myself. I could not find details about the dress, but the style looks exactly like the Velveteen Gather JSK (2001), however the material of this dress is a thick corduroy and not velveteen: https://lolibrary.org/items/victorian-maiden-velveteen-gather-jsk

The first picture of the dress is lightened to show the details. The darker picture is more accurate to the color. The loops on the back have some wear, but the rest of the dress is in great condition.

Bust: ~80cm (lolibrary link for the velveteen version says 82cm so this may be more accurate)

The dress does not have a lacing ribbon included. There are thin straps attached to the back which I believe are supposed to be tied around to the frong.
