Bought second hand. Worn once by me. In very good condition. There are some slight discoloration inside the neck/collar area. I received it like this and washed the entire dress, but it did not come off. There is also a slight snag on the trim on the back bib (received like this), but it is not very noticeable and does not affect the overall wear-ability of the dress. There is no shirring; it's a fitted dress with a back zipper closure. Waist ties are fixed into the side seams. Comes with 1 removable neck bow.
