Victorian maiden Long Tulle Petticoat (black)
Flaws
-The waist elastic had to be replaced by ripping a small section of the waistband seam. It is still open for easy access in case you'd like to replace the elastic again or change the length.
Please note that at 79cm this petticoat is very long. It will definitely not fit under tea-length dresses and requires at least approx. ankle-length dresses. The tulle is also very stiff and may not go well with lighter fabrics.
I will not mark this item down on customs forms. Fully insured shipping only.
