Bought second hand. Missing the neck bow and has a very faint stain on the front near the top of the skirt portion. Very hard to photograph but I can provide pictures if you want them. The full shirring makes this Victorian Maiden piece a bit more forgiving that the sizes listed on Lolibrary.
