Hi there :-) Shipping is $25. 65cm is the measurement of the garment laid flat (sorry I should have said that). There is also no shirring and the fabric has no stretch.

Wait...so it's 130cm all the way around?! Or 65cm all the way around? Sorry for all the questions, it's just so lovely and I would have to get rid of a rib for the 65cm total measurement hahah!

VM make the most gorgeous dresses, it's such a tragedy they only make Munchkin sizes :-(
