2 piece Bolero and Cardigan set from Victorian Maiden.
I couldn't find a Lolibrary listing for it, but I assume it's old, because the measurements are similar to other items I own from 2001-2002.
This item is very petite and the fabric only stretches an additional cm or two. 
Bought used, but it looked to be in new condition. Worn once. 

Fabric for both items is 35% Rayon, 65% Polyester. The camisole has a velvet ribbon around the neckline and the cardigan ties with a velvet ribbon.

All measurements are flat: 
Camisole - Length, 45 cm. Bust, 30 cm. Arm straps, 16cm. Waist at largest point, 32 cm. The shelf area of the bust, 11cm. 
Cardigan - Sleeve length, 58cm. Shoulder width, 38cm. Bust when tied, 36cm. Bust when untied, 42cm.
