Beautiful velvet skirt with pin tuck and pleat fabric detail

I just got this today but it’s too small and does not fit me or my dress form so the photo doesn’t do it justice

The waist has no shirring and is approx 64cm
condition: minor damage, I noticed a small worn bit at the back of the skirt (see photo) and the lining is quite creased.

the skirt is quite heavy so shipping may be a little more
