Worn once. No damage or stains. Victorian Maiden sells two types of these bustle skirts: this is the cotton type. The skirt has an elastic waistband that stretches up to 100 cm, so I'd say 90 cm would be about the maximum waist circumference it will fit comfortably. The skirt has no zipper, so make sure either your hip or bust circumference is below the 100 cm limit, or you won't be able to put the skirt on!
