Bust: 32" minimum
Sleeves seem to be designed to be only 3/4 length, and flare out after an elastic cuff. The bolero ties in front with the ribbons, so it can accommodate a larger bust size if you tie the ribbon more loosely. I bought this secondhand but never wore this myself! It’s in great shape and I’m unsure of the year of the item as I can’t find it in Lolilibrary!
