You're looking at a Victorian Letter Jsk! There are small stains on the jsk, but I believe these can be easily removed by dry cleaning. Does not include chest bow, but includes waist ties, as well as a free blouse!

Hello! The blouse is also plus size friendly. I have a 42 inch bust and it has some wiggle room.
