This tea length OP is black and ivory chiffon. The collar, waist ties and bows are all detachable. I have only tried it on. It is lovely but it didn't suit me! The waist measures 18 inches flat. There is no shirring, only buttons. It is intended to be slightly loose fitting. The wrist measurements are 3.5 inches flat.
