Skirt: The skirt is missing the corset ribbon and it appears the elastic in the waist was removed (i did not know this when I bought it). I originally planned to resew the elastic but never got around to it. I haven't worn this yet as it's too big in its current state. No stains or other damages otherwise.

I am located in USA. I TEMPORARILY MOVED BACK HOME DUE TO SCHOOL and my dad DOES smoke however he does not smoke indoors and smokes far from the house. We also do not open our windows for this reason because the rest of my family hates the smell and do our best to avoid that secondhand smoke smell.
