It's not technically damaged, but this JSK is very different now than it was when it was sold. 
I received it for free from someone who planned to alter it to be plus-size, but never got around to it. They removed a lot of the trim and other elements but did not send them to me.
List of elements that are missing: 
-back lacing
-gold trim on the bottom hem
-gold buttons and trim on front bodice

I am adept at sewing and willing to "restore" the dress for an additional fee. Message me if you're interested. *I will NOT be able to use the exact buttons and trims.*
Otherwise, I think this dress as-is is Ok for a beginner lolita to try out the fashion!
