Worn once, great condition, found the underskirt!
Alice and the pirates velveteen clock applique jsk. Includes the waist ties and front ribbon (not in my reference picture) and underskirt. It's a simple elastic waist black cotton skirt, the dress looks nicer with a chiffon one I think. Hence the price. Otherwise this dress is in a pristine condition. Shirring in the back, bust 96 cm max, waist 82 cm max (my measurements).
