One of the most beautiful and high quality taobao pieces I've ever had. It's a rich black velveteen OP with velvet buttons, a peplum waist, and white cotton lace depicting cherubs and bells. There is a small stain on the collar (circled) and there may be a small stain on one of the lace cuffs, though I can't find it anymore. Some of the velveteen is pressed from storage (see closeup photo) but it should come out with a gentle steaming.
