Velvet Cage-style Putumayo Skirt
While I've searched high and low, I cannot find any information on this skirt anywhere. I purchased it secondhand from Wunderwelt in 2016 I believe. I've worn it three times, and see nothing wrong with it.
The back looks the exact same as the front; it's a deep red velvet that turns into a cage-esque overlay over a thick black sateen underneath. The waist is fully elastic.
