Since I can’t find the original listing, I don’t know the official measurements. But I measured it as:
Shoulders: 82 cm
Bust: 100 cm
Waist: >100 cm (no defined waist)
I’m a size small in everything and it fits me well, but the bust and waist are loose enough that they’ll fit most sizes.

In pictures I've seen of this dress on the lolita wiki and on Chinese lolita updates Facebook this op comes with a striped bow that attaches at the neckline. Is this piece missing?
