Really cute high-waisted jsk
Only tried it on, but realised, that high waisted styles are not flattering on me.
I don't know the exact measurements, but it fit me with a 95 cm bust and still had strech left, as it has a generous amount of shirring.
Waist-ties are sewn on, can't be removed. The straps are adjustable with buttons.
