I received the dress in "tried on" condition, and then I wore it once. No wear that I can see.

Bust- 88cm
Waist- 80cm
Length- 88cm
The back has full shirring, so the bust measurement roughly extends to 40"
The straps unbutton. Sew on a pair of buttons and you could add different options for the strap lengths

Armpit to armpit - 18" flat
Length - 21.5"
Arms (shoulder to wrist) - 23.5
Blouse has only been tried on by me. It also has back waist ties. No shirring or stretch. The JSK has a slightly more red hue than the blouse. But the blouse is a nice chocolate brown, not at all green like the color distortion in the photo.
