The previous owner altered the straps to rest like a normal JSK instead of an awkward V shape. Alteration pictured. Really nice to wear casually and super cute! Selling because it doesn't fit my chest very well- I had to wear a chest binder to wear it and I'm a 96cm bust for reference. 
The previous seller wore 3 times, I've only worn this once to try it on. Print says Cute Doughnut on it in really sweet script font. Has shirring so it's stretchy but the fabric itself is not; I believe it's chiffon. Lined with a silky brown satin material. All the little details are still there. This dress is in perfect condition other than the alterations. Bought for $40 USD. Texas-based buyers can meet up to save money!
Measurements:
Previous seller listed this as 90-95cm bust, I'd say anywhere below 90cm to be safe. 
Wasit: Pretty free flowing other than the bust, was listed as 80cm but fit my 84-85cm waist just fine.
