I had this issue with two pairs of shoes I bought now where they were mislabeled. They definitely don't fit size L like the listings said, and the printing on the bottom is gone so I don't know the true size. If Japanese shoe measurement is done by CM, then these must be 23.5. I wont be accepting returns if they don't end up fitting well, sorry. ):
