dream sky skirt with the 2011 tag (1415)

Bought a few years ago but i don't feel like it suits me anymore. There is a little belt with stars on it that have rusted a bit and there's a run in the fabric. I think there might be a couple other small runs but I didn't see them upon inspection. The item is used but the elastic and zipper are still in very good condition, but outside of the runs there's also a general feeling of wear. please don't buy this unless you're okay with used goods. This skirt is pretty small and I would not reccomend it to someone with a waist over 27inches.
