A beautiful long skirt by Ozz Oneste/Rosen Kavalier featuring embroidery and corset details. The waist is fully shirred and very comfortable and flattering. It rests at 26” unstretched, 35” max, and 35” long. There is a lot of fabric in this skirt and it looks great with a hoop/petti or on its own. There is a small, light stain on the back, pictured, and just the slightest feel of wear. The fabric is a medium weight cotton twill with just the lightest sheen.
