Bought to wear casually but sadly it’s a bit too small for me! It’s made with a soft navy velour fabric and embroidered with little angels/cherubs. It has back shirring, the waist ties are not detachable. It’s cute, I’m sad to let it go! Total length is 33.5” from strap to hem, bust is 30” unstretched with a max of 34.5”, waist 26”-30”.
