An adorable skirt made with thick fabric, featuring ornate frames and roses. It has an elastic back waistband and size zipper, and thick cotton lace at the hem. Max waist is 27”, but recommended for slightly under that for comfort. No noticeable flaws, but there is a slight feeling of overall wear. I couldn’t find a lolibrary link, but my photos are color-accurate!
