This blouse is amazing, I’m really sad it doesn’t fit me. It has a swallowtail design with a second layer of ruffles and slightly belled sleeves. It’s in great condition and made from a nice cotton sateen with a slight stretch to it. Bust measures 16” flatlay (I think at maximum it could accommodate a 34” bust because of the give of the fabric), waist 14” flatlay, sleeve length 23.5”, 6.5” across the bicep, 14” across the shoulders, 21” front length, 28” back length.
