This petti is amazing. Its lined, has layers of organza for that extra poof, and two rows of soft lace. It’s super soft and not scratchy, but full and structured enough to hold up its own weight. The waistband is elastic and can accommodate a 24”-34” waist (max stretch is 38”). Total length is 20”. It came with a skirt I bought but I have too many pettis already.
