A beautiful old school Meta piece. I haven’t been able to find the exact match on lolibrary, so I’ve linked a very similar design from the same time period. 

I bought this skirt secondhand with the intent of repairing the shirring in the waistband. The elastic has been replaced, which gives the skirt a minimum of 26” and maximum of 46”, but I’d recommend for a 40” waist or less for comfort. The skirt is about 20” long. The flocking on many of the crowns is showing signs of wear, but the fabric itself doesn’t have any noticeable flaws, stains, or damages. It has built in waist ties and a layer of tulle in the lining for poof.
