[US ship included] NWT Heart E velveteen skirt

This item is new with tag from no defunct brand Heart E! Super cute a-line salmon pink velveteen skirt with white rose lace. I love it, especially the half shirred waist, but I somehow already have 3 salmon pink velveteen skirts ^^; So time to let one go! It's a little wrinkled from storage but I never wore it myself (bought it from someone else). There is also a little bit of wear to the velveteen on the waist band from how it was hung up before. The waist ties are not detachable.
I do own a dog (who sometimes appears in my item photos, since he doesn’t quite understand that I’m trying to take pictures :P). All of my clothes are stored in a room that he isn’t allowed in, but I do take items out where the lighting is better near him just for taking pictures. I lint roll everything before shipping, but be aware that stray dog hairs are sometimes inevitable!
