Angelic Pretty's Sugary Carnival Skirt in Sax! In the original 2009 release!

I am the third owner of this skirt! When inspecting the skirt while I was taking pictures I did notice that the waist ties were pretty wrinkled from storage as I don't usually wear my waist ties anymore and I store them safely in a bin. There were no other major flaws I could find on this skirt and it will be washed and air dried before shipment! So please allow a day for that prior to shipping! The only other note I have about the skirt is that when I originally bought it, it DID NOT come with the original detachable waist bow! The detachable waist bow that is on the skirt is from the 2011 release! The detachable bow was bought separately from a different Lace Market seller.

I need this skirt out of my closet quickly so I am very open to negotiations! Please message me on Lace Market if you want to make an offer!
