I have to pay for tuition so I'm selling a bunch of things to try and raise a little money!
Absolutely gorgeous blouse I bought off of another seller here on Lace Market several months ago. I've had it hung up almost exclusively since then, waiting for the weather to cool off enough to wear it since it's very hot where I am. I really do love this blouse, and it's the most difficult to part with, but the velvet material and the fact that the ruffles get covered up by waistcoats (I use it for ouji coords), I have to let it go to try and raise some money.
Measurements from the original listing:
"Bust: 100cm ~ 124cm
Waist: 93cm ~ 115cm"
Shoulder Measurements (taken myself by hand): 42cm-44cm (I was able to stretch it up to 60cm by hand, so it would likely fit up to that much/accommodate larger shoulders and arms pretty comfortably. I have 42cm shoulders and it fits me perfectly/comfortably)
The blouse is VERY stretchy and could comfortably fit these size ranges and possibly a little larger. I'm toward the lower end of this range and have plenty of space. The waist band is very stretchy/shirred, and the fabric itself has a lot of stretch to it, too. Even the button holes are made with elastic.

Measured flat I got around 42~44cm across the back! Stretching it by hand I got it up to 60cm, so I think it can go up to that much comfortably (might be able to stretch more, but it could feel tight when worn). My shoulders comfortably fit 42cm and I have plenty of room when wearing it.
