Selling to help my family with bills! The lighting in my room makes the dress appear black, but it's actually a dark navy!

Waist: 90 - 100cm
*Has shirring and is pretty generous with size

I'm the first owner and I've worn it twice. No visible running threads, misprints, or stains. It comes with 3 safety pin bows and 2 cords (ivory and navy) to lace up in the front and back. I've knotted the navy ties in the back but the ivory ones are still free (see last pic).
