Would you think this dress could fit a 115cm bust? I know the official measurements say up to 112cm.

I mean I could see it fitting! I'm a 110-115cm bust but I wear a sports bra/minimizer bra that helps me fit into it. If you wear either of those with dresses it would totally fit!!

The cheapest I could find to Quebec is about 25 dollars?? Using USPS, my zip code for America is 77494 if you can find something cheaper :)
