Bought this NWT secondhand & wore once. Lovely dress, I absolutely adore the color & the little melty moons and cats but I'm trying to save up quick to buy LS's Coffee Time rerelease lol.
Measurements:
Max Bust: fits me at a 105cm bust with some wiggle room, wouldn't go too much higher than that though.
Max Waist: same as bust, as the dress is a little high-waisted.

It's just long enough to not show my long petti, so I'm gonna say around...55cm with an extra 4-5cm ruffle of sheer black fabric at the bottom. So around 60cm total (I think). I can measure for sure when I get home tonight if you'd like, but I think 60cm is pretty accurate. (And that's with the skirt starting just below the bustline, not on the natural waist, because it's a high-waisted dress).
