This is Dessert Collection OP by Angelic Pretty in Black. It was a gift from a friend that was bought from this website. The dress is in lovely condition; just a little wrinkled from storage. I have not tried it on because it's not my style. 
The fabric is a pretty black velveteen, it has waist ties, a zipper in the back, no shirring, pearl detail on the front, and criss-cross neck ties
