this dress is from a AATP happy pack in early 2016, the price was around 10000yen which included an eyepatch and a pair of OTKs in black&gold(if you're interested in buying them together or else message me, the OTKs are new and never tried on). The dress was tried on only once. It didn't come with a tag initially. (please read terms of sale)
