I purchased this from someone else years ago who was not the first owner either, but I have only tried on for a few moments. It’s beautiful, and I love the print, just don’t wear black much in lolita. Can’t find any flaws, but one button is a little loose.
lolibrary says waist is 64-74cm, my waist is 68 and it’s a comfy-snug fit. The elastic is still good though.
