I originally obtained this petticoat as a commission from an extremely talented seamstress friend. It is 100% handmade, durable, and very very poofy. This petti literally has so much poof that it can stand on its own, I am not kidding. Perfect for heavy weight dresses and maximum poof underneath your roomiest skirt or dress. I hate to let this one go since it has some sentimental value but my style has changed from sweet/bittersweet to classic/gothic so it's time for a new home. This petti is not only plus size friendly, it was made specifically for my own plus size body, with a waist measurement of 35 inches but it can stretch up to 40in with ease. The petti is partially lined but I'd advise wearing longer bloomers underneath because with that much poof, it can be fairly itchy.
